All items sold by RoyMason.ca are 30-Day MBG . A 10% restocking fee may apply on some limited items. Orders generally ship within one (1) business day. In the rare event an item listed on our site is unavailable (not in stock) RoyMason.ca may offer a refund, comparable or upgraded product option, or back order the item at no extra charge. Back ordered items generally ship within 3 to 5 weeks.

RoyMason.ca has selected Canada Post Expresspost as its primary shipper. RoyMason.ca offers FREE Canada Post Expresspost shipping to Canadian destinations with purchases of $100 or more. Orders generally ship within one (1) business day. Products sold by RoyMason.ca may be shipped from more than one location and, in such situations, other shippers may be utilized at those originating locations. All RoyMason.ca shipments through Canada Post Expresspost will be insured unless customer telephones us with instructions otherwise. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges where our FREE Canada Post Expresspost offer is not utilized. For international orders: International shipping charges not otherwise stated on the website ordering pages will apply. We will follow up on international orders to calculate international shipping charges and collect the charges before the order is shipped.
